Harvest Thanksgiving Eucharist
Sunday 30th September 2012 at 10.30am

  • As usual we will be collecting gifts of
    food at our Harvest Thanksgiving
    services.

  • Please bring food that will last a long
    time - the longer the use-by date the
    better. And if possible please bring tins
    that have a ring-pull rather than needing
    a can opener.

  • For the past few years the food has
    been distributed to those who call at the
    Rectory for food. Sometimes callers
    have access to kitchens but many do
    not. Some callers have fuel for cooking
    or heating food but others do not. A
    variety of foodstuffs in tins and packets
    helps to provide a variety of food for
    those in desperate need.
