Christmas is most obviously the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ.
But it is much more than a birthday celebration - it is the solemn and
joyful recalling of the central truth of the Christian faith: the wonderful
mystery of God's dwelling among us as one of us, taking on our human
nature.
