Money & Giving...

We try to make it as easy as possible to give to St Agnes Longsight! The
easiest way to give is through Standing Order.

If you pay tax
The Inland Revenue has made it very easy for you to give and for the
parish to claim back the tax. All you need do is to sign a simple form that
gives us permission to claim the tax on all gifts you make. The form is
available to download
here and is also printed on the envelopes in church.
You can then give by one of the following methods:

    Bank Standing Order.
As we said above, this is the best and easiest method. Contact your
bank to set this up or contact us. Our account details can be
    obtained from the parish treasurer.

    Cheque.
Simply make cheques payable to ST AGNES, ST JOHN with ST
CYPRIAN PCC and place on the collection plate or hand it to a
warden in Church. If it is a building society cheque please write your
name on the back, otherwise we can’t claim the tax.

    Cash.
We need to be able to prove who the cash comes from to claim the
tax so please ask for some special envelopes. They are available at
    the back of church.
